Jacob Family Enterprises, Inc. is a well-established home improvement company serving the St. Louis Metro area. We are seeking a dependable Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams through administrative, customer-facing, and lead-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls; set and confirm appointments
Enter and manage leads from events, canvassing, and online sources
Use Marlimar and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) daily
Follow phone scripts and marketing processes
Assist with QuickBooks credit card payments (preferred, not required)
Make outbound calls as needed
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers confidently
Support showroom organization and customer assistance
Track demo goals, lead credits, and reports
Order office supplies and branded materials
Assist with overnight lead entry and other assigned projects
Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
QuickBooks or accounting experience a plus, not required
Schedule:
Full-Time (36–40 hours)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
1–2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM–1:00 PM), with a shortened week
