As a division of Chesley Fence, one of the oldest fence companies in our region, we are continually committed to providing only the best quality services and customer care. Since 1967 we’ve been installing all styles of fences, gates, and specialty items in the St. Louis and Metro-East area.

Job Summary:

Analyzes plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Estimates time, materials, and labor required for each job and provide the prospect with a proposal.
• Review and process contracts, submittals, and closeout documents
• Schedules prompt and convenient estimate appointments for customers
• Source materials and issue purchase orders for jobs
• Audits installers and fabricators’ actual hours versus estimated hours
• Assists in collecting payments for each job by contract and company policies.
• Help manage all projects through the completion.
• Start crews on job sites as needed

Education/Experience:

Preferred college degree and two to four years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as construction plans, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive Salary starting at $60k, depending on experience.

Bonus: There is a profit-sharing bonus program yearly, based on the company’s profitability.
