Job Description:

Our growing company is seeking an innovative experienced Direct Marketing Manager to help us better reach our target market after the pandemic changed the marketing environment for everyone. Now that we are back to direct marketing, we would love a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to lead our team into the next generation of direct marketing. 

 

Salary Expectations: $40,000-$44,000 (depending on experience) + bonus.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a working manager to promote our companies and increase leads with direct marketing (shows, events, canvassing.)
  • Hire, train, and manage the direct marketing team.
  • Schedule, set up, tear down, work shows/events, approx. 50 events in 2024, use 2023 as a building year.  
  • Will constantly strive to achieve stated goals for each program managed.
  • Meet appointment setting and demo rates.
  • Control/maintain direct marketing costs.
  • Balance your budget and recommendations to make the most efficient impact against business objectives.

 

 Key to success:

  • The main focus is spent developing the plan, working shows/events, and canvassing around job sites to promote and set appointments. 
  • The ability to train and motivate the direct marketing team with positive reinforcement, enthusiasm, direction, and skill development.
  • The ability to develop a positive, energetic work environment is crucial.
  • Be a top-performing marketer.  This position will be a “player-coach” leadership role.
