We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant who can handle a variety of responsibilities as we continue to grow. This position requires a versatile person that can multi-task with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires a mature, dependable outgoing person that can work with a variety of people and is customer service driven.
Job responsibilities:
Full-Time (36 to 40 hours)
Working Days:
Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00 with 1-hour lunch
1-2 Saturdays a month 9:00 – 1:00
Shortened week when working Saturdays

Job responsibilities:
- Answering phone, determine appropriate routing to resolve customers’ concerns
- Setting appointments for our Design Consultants with potential customers (no selling is required)
- Entering customer leads into CRM
- Updating, scanning, maintaining, and filing customers’ paperwork
- Receiving and recording payments from customers
- Assisting manager with reporting from multiple lead sources
- Must follow specific script when answering phones
- Customer Service oriented
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
