Production Department Project Manager
Job Summary
This position exists to aid our production department in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional installation experience with us and are 100% satisfied with their project. You will assist our production manager with a variety of tasks. Along with the production manager you will help our company deliver on our commitments and timelines made the night of the sale.
Primary Responsibilities
• Interact with our staff and customers and assure 100% satisfaction
• Work with fence and deck customer to premeasure and review utility locates and adjust as needed
• Schedule quality control for fence and deck projects with customers and crews
• Communicate with customers via email and phone on related issues.
• Facilitate customer management software from production and operational aspects
• Visit active jobsites daily to meet quality standards and perform small services
• Train crews on new products or updates
• Promote reviews and referrals
Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Adept at Microsoft Office suite, experience with Access type data base management (CRM), Leap, fluent in Excel.
• Effective communication, customer service, and technical skills
• Positive and energetic personality
• Punctual and reliable
• Possess a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
• Handle customer complaints, problems, and warranty issues
• Enjoy being part of the process and documenting all actions taken on job folders in software
• Assist as needed in preparing daily installation schedule and warehouse needs
• Fence and/or deck installation experience
• You must do well under pressure in a very fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt
