Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure excellent customer service and quality appointments. Our call center representatives are responsible for setting in-home demonstration appointments for our Design Specialist with prospective clients generated through multiple advertising and marketing campaigns. No cold calling or sales!

• Pay range: $17- 19 per hour + competitive commission (upon training completion)
• No Cold Calls!
• Not a Sales Position!
• Paid training!

Experience needed

Customer service, basic Microsoft (Word, Excel, and Outlook), outgoing, energetic, and call center experience are a plus.
